What are the documents required for Online NGO Registration?

  • Latest electricity bill or water bill for the address proof that needs to be registered.
  • Submit Identity proof such as Aadhar card, Voter Id, Driving License, Passport, etc.

Note: After the payment, it takes around 8 to 10 days to complete the registration process online under the Indian Trust Act, 1882. Also, on the scheduled date for registration, the Author of the Trust should be present in the Register Office for the Trust registration.

Following are the vital documents required for the Society Registration:

  • Name of the Society.
  • Submit the address proof of the office, such as the latest electricity bill, water bill, etc.
  • Submit identity proof of all the member (Aadhar card, Passport, Voter Id, Driving License, etc.).
  • Submit two copies of MOA (Memorandum of Association) and By-laws of the society.

Note: It takes around 8 to 10 days for drafting Memorandum of Association and By-laws of the society once the payment is made and after that, it takes around 21 to 30 days for the Society registration.

Following are the vital documents required for the Section 8 Company Registration:

  • Company's Name.
  • Address proof of the registered office such as the latest house tax receipt, water bill, electricity bill, etc.
  • Identity proof of all the directors such as Aadhar card, Voter ID, Passport, Driving License, etc.
  • Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the company.

Note: It takes around 8 to 10 days for drafting MOA and AOA of the society once the payment is made and it takes about two months for the completion of whole Company Registration.
